Pratical measures for visiting the Pantheon in Rome
Dear visitors, dear pilgrims,
the Basilica of Santa Maria ad Martyres is open, offering a new visit route, to encourage social distancing.
From 1 April 2022, the possession of Green Pass is no longer required to access the Pantheon. The obligation to use surgical masks remains.
To visit the Pantheon on weekends and public holidays it is necessary to book the visit here at least one day in advance. Admission is free from Monday to Friday.
The celebrations resume regularly, as well as the entrance to visit the monument. In compliance with the anti-COVID-19 regulations, your collaboration is essential, so we invite you to follow the instructions below. which refer to the health standards issued by the competent authorities:
Mask
always wear the mask while staying inside the monument
Social distancing
always maintain an interpersonal distance of at least 1.5 meters, unless they are members of your family;
Entrance
To visit the Pantheon on weekends and public holidays it is necessary to book the visit at least one day in advance. Admission is free from Monday to Friday. Access is however allowed to one person at a time, so there may be a line at the entrance of the monument.
Checking Body temperature
before entering the monument the body temperature will be measured. If the recorded temperature is greater than or equal to 37.5 ° C, entry will not be allowed.
Stop touching
avoid touching the eyes, nose, mouth and the face in general with your hands
